New Delhi, June 23 -- After an IndiGo trainee pilot levelled allegations against colleagues over caste abuse at the workplace, the airline refuted the claims on Monday, saying it upholds a "zero-tolerance" policy towards any form of discrimination, harassment, or bias and commits to an inclusive and respectful workplace.

In an official statement, an IndiGo spokesperson said, "IndiGo upholds a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, harassment, or bias and remains firmly committed to being an inclusive and respectful workplace."
