New Delhi, Dec. 26 -- The Indian Coast Guard signed a deal with L&T Precision Engineering & Systems on Friday for the procurement of six Rail-Less Helo Traversing Systems (RLHTS) for indigenously built Next-Generation Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs).
