Patna, April 21 -- The Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) of the Indian Air Force will perform aerobatics in Bihar's Patna on the banks of the river Ganga on April 22 and 23 to mark the Shaurya Diwas.

The air show will start at around 9.30 am on Tuesday at the Ganga Path, located on the banks of the river Ganga in Patna.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be the chief guest of the show.

Shaurya Diwas is celebrated on April 23 in Bihar to honour the victory of freedom fighter Babu Veer Kunwar Singh over British forces. A key leader of the Indian Rebellion of 1857, Kunwar Singh played a prominent role in the uprising and hailed from the Bhojpur region of Bihar.
