New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- India has been re-elected to the Asia Pacific Group of Postal Operations Council and the Council of Administration of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for the 2025-28 term at the 28th UPU Congress in Dubai, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said on Friday.
