New Delhi, April 12 -- The Department of Biotechnology (DBT) co-leads the Mission Integrated Biorefinery jointly with the Netherlands as part of Mission Innovation (MI) 2.0, the Ministry of Science & Technology said in a statement.

The statement said that the gathering's name was derived from Prime Minister Narendra Modi during COP21.
