New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Tuesday held the India-China Strategic Dialogue with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu, who is in India to participate in the BRICS Sherpa Meeting.
The dialogue took place at a time when both sides had noted positive momentum in bilateral relations. Providing details of the engagement, Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said the talks were held against this backdrop.
