Dehradun, June 24 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday said the state is witnessing a transformative phase of development, driven by rapid improvements in road infrastructure that are bridging not only geographical distances but also narrowing economic and social gaps between the hills and the plains.
