Coimbatore, July 22 -- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has been awarded a research grant of Rs.1.2 crore by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Education, to support a comprehensive study on post-disaster housing and livelihood recovery in India's coastal regions.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, established in 2003, is a multi-campus, multidisciplinary research university in India. Recognised as an Institution of Eminence by the Government of India, it ranks among the country's top private universities.
