Seoul, Jan. 7 -- Hyundai Motor Group is set to launch a testbed in the United States later this year to facilitate the mass production and commercialization of humanoid robots. The South Korean automotive conglomerate announced this roadmap during a media day at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas. The strategy focuses on the deployment of humanoid robots at manufacturing sites, specifically utilizing Atlas, a humanoid robot developed by its subsidiary Boston Dynamics Inc.
