Bhubaneswar, Feb. 15 -- Hyderabad FC (HFC) interim head coach Shameel Chembakath underscored their second-half errors, which led to a 1-3 defeat against Odisha FC (OFC) in the Indian Super League (ISL) at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
