New Delhi, Aug. 17 -- Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal on Sunday extended his wishes to Governor of Maharashtra CP Radhakrishnan as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) picked him as the candidate for the Vice Presidential election.
