Shimla, Feb. 14 -- Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu greeted the people of the state on the eve of Shivratri this Saturday, conveying their best wishes on the auspicious occasion.
