Panchkula, Aug. 12 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday trained guns on Leader of Opposition (LoP) Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, saying that the issues raised by the latter are of "child-like intelligence".

"Rahul Gandhi is the leader of a party which was in power for 55 years. Jo vo mudde uthata hai vo balak buddhi ke mudde hai (the issues he raises are of child-like intelligence)," Saini told reporters here.

Intensifying his attack, the Haryana CM further criticised Congress for "insulting democracy".

"When they didn't find any agenda, they started blaming EVMs. Who brought EVMs? There are 7 Assembly constituencies in Haryana, where we were behind by only 12000 votes. Congress is insulting the democracy, the constitution,...
