Gandhinagar, June 30 -- Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel underscored the importance of ensuring strict compliance with the instructions issued during district-level "SWAGAT" sessions to facilitate the timely and effective resolution of citizens' grievances through this technology-driven platform, an official statement from the CMO said.

He emphasised the need to establish a system that allows citizens to address smaller grievances without having to approach the state-level "SWAGAT."

During the state-level "SWAGAT" for June, the Chief Minister issued necessary instructions to the concerned departments, district collectors, municipal commissioners, police superintendents, and officers to resolve the issues presented to him.
