Kolkata, Sept. 22 -- In the wake of the implementation of the revised Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates from today, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee criticised the NDA government and said that all the relief will come from the coffers of state governments, and the Centre did not spend a single penny.
