New Delhi, Nov. 14 -- Government urged insurance companies to ensure the "highest standards of service and better turnaround time" for policyholders, particularly during hospitalisation and while settling claims. In a meeting with insurers and healthcare providers, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), M. Nagaraju, asked to adhere to this.
