New Delhi, Oct. 14 -- Google's massive investment of USD 15 billion over the next five years to establish a one-gigawatt-scale Artificial Intelligence (AI) hub in Visakhapatnam reinforces India's position as a preferred destination for global technology giants, particularly in emerging areas such as AI and advanced digital technologies.

The announcement came during 'Bharat AI Shakti', an event hosted by Google in New Delhi. According to the company, the AI hub will be the largest outside the United States.
