New Delhi, Jan. 8 -- Global air cargo demand maintained strong momentum in November 2025 with a 5.5 per cent increase compared to the previous year. According to a press release from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), total demand measured in cargo tonne-kilometers rose as shippers prioritized timely delivery for the year-end holiday season.

International operations specifically saw a higher growth rate of 6.9 per cent. Global capacity, measured in available cargo tonne-kilometers (ACTK), also grew by 4.7 per cent during the same period.
