Paris, June 16 -- The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on Monday strongly condemned the April 22 terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Phalgam that claimed the lives of 26 people, asserting that such incidents "could not occur without money and the means to move funds between terrorist supporters."
