Islamabad, Feb. 23 -- Former cricketer and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Ramiz Raja believes that the 'underdog' tag on Pakistan can actually help them in the 'must-win' Champions Trophy clash against 'bitter rivals' India in Dubai today.
