London, July 6 -- England has added pacer Gus Atkinson to their squad for the third Test against India, which will kickstart at Lord's from Thursday, July 10.
The 27-year-old Surrey fast bowler returns to the England Test set-up after sustaining a right hamstring injury in their victory over Zimbabwe at Trent Bridge in May.
His return strengthens the English pace battery, as he has taken 55 wickets in 12 matches at an average of 22.30, with best figures of 7/45, including three five-wicket hauls and a ten-wicket haul.
