Islamabad, Oct. 21 -- Earthquake of magnitude 3.8 struck Pakistan on Tuesday, a statement by the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.

The earthquake occurred at a depth of 80km.

In a post on X, the NCS said, "EQ of M: 3.8, On: 21/10/2025 20:52:22 IST, Lat: 36.66 N, Long: 72.96 E, Depth: 80 Km, Location: Pakistan."

Earlier in the day, another earthquake of magnitude 4.6 struck the region at a depth of 170km.

In a post on X, NCS said, "EQ of M: 4.6, On: 21/10/2025 11:29:35 IST, Lat: 36.67 N, Long: 72.80 E, Depth: 170 Km, Location: Pakistan."

Earlier on Monday, an earthquake of 4.7 magnitude struck Pakistan according to the NCS.

Earthquakes of moderate 4.0 intensity had hit Pakistan on Saturday and Sunday also.
