Islamabad, Nov. 1 -- An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 struck Pakistan on Saturday, a statement by the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said.
As per a statement by the NCS, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 160km.
In a post on X, the NCS said, "EQ of M: 3.6, On: 01/11/2025 15:19:59 IST, Lat: 36.60 N, Long: 72.70 E, Depth: 160 Km, Location: Pakistan."
Earlier on October 24, another earthquake of magnitude 3.7 struck the region at a shallow depth of 10km, making it susceptible to aftershocks.
In a post on X, the NCS said, "EQ of M: 3.7, On: 24/10/2025 10:14:26 IST, Lat: 36.64 N, Long: 72.77 E, Depth: 10 Km, Location: Pakistan."
