New Delhi, May 30 -- The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on Friday signed a Licensing Agreement for Transfer of Technology (LAToT) with NIBE Limited for the Pinaka Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) and the Battery Command Post (BCP).

The agreement aims to strengthen the industrial base for the development and manufacturing of indigenous defence equipment.

In a post on X, DRDO stated, "In an effort to enhance the industrial base in development and manufacturing of indigenous defence equipment, Armament Research & Development Establishment (ARDE), DRDO signed Licensing Agreement for Transfer of Technology(LAToT) of Pinaka Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) and Battery Command Post (BCP) with M/s NIBE Limited, Pune....
