New Delhi, May 23 -- : Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) president MK Stalin on Thursday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his victory in the Lok Sabha polls and hoped that he would provide a progressive government based on principles of democracy and inclusivity.
"I congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his victory. We hope and wish he will provide a progressive government based on the principles of democracy and inclusivity," he said in a tweet.
Stalin also thanked the people of Tamil Nadu for giving a "resounding victory" to the DMK-Congress alliance in the state.
