Kathmandu, June 18 -- Udit Shrestha, a 31-year-old gym trainer from Kathmandu, Nepal, is breaking barriers and setting new standards in the fitness industry. Born in a small village in Ramechhap, Udit has been living with hearing and speech impairments, yet he has never let his disability hold him back.
It's been about three years since Udit has been working as the trainer in this local gym in Kathmandu, some 150 kilometres away from the capital Kathmandu. Udit's journey shows that disabilities do not have to be obstacles to professional achievement or personal fulfillment.
