New Delhi, April 23 -- The Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) and the New Delhi Bar Association (NDBA) have issued strong statements denouncing the tragic terrorist massacre in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on Tuesday.

Speaking to ANI, Senior Advocate N Hariharan, President, Delhi High Court Bar Association, said, "The bar has given its response. We have released a press release.
