Dharwad (Karnataka), March 22 -- : An FIR was registered on Friday against five people on the fourth day of the Dharwad building collapse incident in which 14 people lost lives.
FIR has been registered against five people including owners of the building named Basavraj Nigadi, Ravi Sabrad, Mahabaleshwar Puradgudi and Gangappa Shintre, and an engineer Vivek Pawar.
While the four partners of Renuka Construction surrendered before the police, Vivek Pawar was taken in custody from Maharashtra's Kolhapur.
Meanwhile, Dharwad Deputy Commissioner Deepa Cholan told ANI: "Total 14 people have died. Yesterday, we rescued two people. Three more people are trapped in the debris. We have given oxygen and ORS to them. SDRF and NDRF teams are conducting...
