Chandigarh, Aug. 28 -- Amid the launch of the expansion of the Breakfast Scheme by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa criticised Mann, stating that while the whole of Punjab was devastated by heavy rain, he had no other work except looting people.

Sirsa further stated that it was "sad" and "regretful" that the people of Punjab had such a CM who was useless and a looter.
