New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear on Friday a criminal revision petition filed by former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, challenging the trial court order framing charges against her in the alleged IRCTC scam. The matter will be taken up by a bench of Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma.
Rabri Devi has approached the High Court, assailing the October 13, 2025, orders passed by a special CBI court at Rouse Avenue, which framed charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code, along with offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
