New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice on a plea filed by Hurriyat leader Naeem Ahmad Khan, seeking directions to the Tihar Jail authorities and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to restore the Inmate Phone Call System (IPCS) and e-Mulaqat facility in relation to the Jammu and Kashmir (J-K) terror funding case.

The bench of Justice Sachin Datta sought the response of all respondents and fixed the matter for March 18, 2025.
