New Delhi, Dec. 29 -- In a major step toward transparent and efficient governance, the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, under the leadership of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, in partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, is all set to implement an Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System (IGMS), according to an official release.
