New Delhi, April 26 -- The Delhi Government has initiated the "Maa Yamuna Swachhta Abhiyan," a campaign aimed at involving school children across the capital in efforts to revive the Yamuna River.

Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma has written to Education Minister Ashish Sood, requesting the implementation of the campaign in all government-aided and private schools across Delhi.

In his letter, Verma requested the launch of a social awareness campaign across Delhi schools to educate and inspire school students about the significance of a clean Yamuna and encourage their participation in environmental conservation efforts.
