New Delhi, July 20 -- Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Sunday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging his intervention against the alleged harassment, humiliation, and detention of Bengali-speaking migrant workers in Maharashtra and Odisha.
Chowdhury alleged that these daily wage workers are being targeted for speaking Bengali, which is reportedly being mistaken for Bangladeshi.
