New Delhi, July 26 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi paid heartfelt tributes to the fallen soldiers of the 1999 Kargil War on Saturday, the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, expressing the nation's eternal gratitude for their supreme sacrifice.
