New Delhi, Aug. 9 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday extended wishes to the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) on its 65th foundation day, calling for multiplying the voices of the youth against the attack on "democratic institutions and the Constitution."
