Hyderabad, Oct. 26 -- Ahead of the Jubilee Hills by-poll, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has said that people are very distressed as the Congress and the main opposition party Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) have not fulfilled any promise.

Speaking to ANI after PM Modi's 127th edition of Mann Ki Baat on Sunday, he asserted that a double-engine government would have to come to power in Telangana.
