Gorakhpur, April 5 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday inspected the newly constructed Tal Ring Road in Gorakhpur, hailing it as a symbol of the city's transformation from a past marked by crime and neglect to an emerging hub of development, heritage, education, and health.
