Kathmandu, Dec. 14 -- A closed session of the 11th General Convention of the CPN-UML (Communist Party of Nepal- Unified Marxist Leninist) has started in Kathmandu to select the party's new leadership.
The session began at 3 PM (Local Time) in Kathmandu, following the inauguration ceremony in Bhaktapur on Sunday, which continues today and tomorrow.
