Dehradun, Nov. 9 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of its Silver Jubilee and urged citizens to work together towards building a strong and self-reliant Uttarakhand.
