Raipur, Sept. 7 -- Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Sunday said several districts in the state have been hit by floods due to heavy rainfall, with Bastar and Dantewada among the worst affected.
The Chhattisgarh CM said, "Due to heavy rainfall, a flood situation arose and 4 districts (Bastar, Dantewada, Sukma, Bijapur) were affected. Mainly, Bastar and Dantewada districts have been affected. I also conducted an aerial survey, met with people, and visited relief camps... They are being provided assistance in every possible way."
Meanwhile, the recent floods in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh, have affected 1102 people, prompting the district administration to set up 27 relief camps.
