New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed merger of Girnar Finserv Private Limited, Girnar Insurance Brokers Private Limited, D2C Consulting Services Private Limited, and RB Info Services Private Limited into Artivatic Data Labs Private Limited.

According to a statement by the Press Information Bureau (PIB), the approval pertains to the merger framework agreement executed on May 12, 2025.

Girnar Finserv Private Limited (Girnar Finserv) is a private limited company controlled by Girnar Software Private Limited (GSPL) and offers marketing communication services in India.
