Pailin, Dec. 27 -- Cambodia and Thailand have agreed to an "immediate ceasefire" effective from 12:00 noon (local time) on Saturday as part of a joint effort to de-escalate tensions along their shared border following weeks of intense clashes, which resulted in the death of over 100 people and the displacement of over half a million.
