New Delhi, Nov. 18 -- Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Government to participate in the Amaravati Quantum Valley (AQV) initiative, Ministry of Communications said.
