Kannur, May 30 -- Jaitheerth E Joshi, Director General of BrahMos Aerospace, has stressed the urgent need for robust collaboration between defence research, academic institutions, and industry to create hands-on-ready engineers, particularly for the Indian Navy and other defence services.
