New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad termed the Delhi Assembly election results as "historic," crediting the victory to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership and said that the people of Delhi rejected the Aam Aadmi Party's "fraud".
