New Delhi, June 14 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari on Saturday accused Congress of spreading "half-truths" about India's abstaining from voting at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) over the ceasefire in Gaza.

Pradeep Bhandari advised Congress to read India's official explanation of vote at the UN before unleashing what he called a "theatrical outrage."

"Yet again, Congress spreads half-truths! Congress, before unleashing theatrical outrage, should take a moment to read India's official Explanation of Vote at the UN on June 12," Bhandari wrote on X.
