New Delhi, April 1 -- Bharatiya Janata Party MP Naresh Bansal on Tuesday lauded Uttarakhand government's decision to rename villages in Haridwar, Dehradun, Nainital, and Udham Singh Nagar districts of the state, saying that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is "continuously working for the development of the state" and is "taking tough decisions."
He further praised other decisions of the state government, including the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC).
"Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami is continuously working for the development of the state and is taking tough decisions for this, like the anti-cheating law, which resulted in 25,000 youths getting jobs, and just like that, the state became the first to implement UCC......
