Bidar, Jan. 25 -- Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge on Sunday alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) does not plan to ensure the "smooth functioning" of the Karnataka assembly days after the Karnataka Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot's recent walkout from the assembly without reading the complete address drafted by the state government.
