Washington DC, April 2 -- Following US President Donald Trump's announcement of sweeping tariffs, Brian Pannebecker, the founder of Auto Workers for Trump, expressed strong support for the move and said that the tariffs are going to be "great" for the American workers.

On being asked if he supports Trump's tariff announcement, Pannebecker said, "Absolutely 100 per cent. It is going to be great for the American workers."

Earlier, while addressing the Make America Wealthy Again Event, Pannebecker had said, "I grew up just north of Detroit, Michigan.
